Cancellation/prepayment

Cancellation policy 3 days before arrival in case of late cancellation or no-show you will be
charged for the first night of your stay

After the free cancellation period, booking change refunds are not possible.
Please note that bookings cannot be amended upon arrival. Full payment is required at check-in

Early check-outs are non-refundable. Payments made are final, and no refunds will be issued for
unused nights

Parties

Parties/events, loud music not allowed
We strive to be the best ecofriendly hostel which Respects the wildlife around us, we would like
our guests to enjoy all the Yala wildlife from next door that frequent our waterhole to be
undisturbed for you viewing pleasure

Quiet hours

Guests must be quiet between 22:00 and 05.15
Morning ride- share safaris leave for the park by 05.45 so some of us might need a early night.

Pets – not allowed

Please keep in mind that that no live or dead wildlife species including insects, butterfly’s,
lizard’s frogs can be collected or taken from within the property for any reason what so ever.

Travel Restriction while booked in at Wildcat

Between 19.00 to 05.45 guest are not allowed to go out of the hostel property boundary. (Yala
National Park is our direct neighbor) so Unless of an emergency Self driving during or coming
for a late check in not recommended at these times for your own safety and the safety of the
wild life surrounding the property.

Outside Visitors

in-house guests are not allowed into the doom rooms. However, you are welcome to meet in our
hangout area or viewing deck area

Payment

Accept by cash or card from Sri Lankan Rupees and can be done on arrival

Smoking

Smoking is not allowed in the common areas of the hostel, designated smoking area's is available
